10-Day Cleansing Diet Menu for Weight Loss

Have you ever done a cleansing diet? It is good to know that these diets are performed to eliminate toxins that accumulate in your body. It is not just a diet to lose weight and burn fat, but it is a diet that will allow your organs to renew.

  • Coffee, smoking and alcohol are to be stopped.
